This Refund Policy applies to subscription-based access to our AI-generated 3D model library and related processing services.
Digital Services
Our service provides immediate access to digital content, including AI-generated 3D models and automated processing tools such as rigging, retopology, and format conversion. Due to the nature of digital services, refunds are limited as described below.
Subscription Refunds
If you are not satisfied with the service, you may request a refund within 14 days of your initial subscription purchase, provided that the service has not been extensively used.
Once substantial access to the model library or processing services has occurred, refunds may be denied, except where required by applicable law.
Renewal Payments
Refunds are not provided for subscription renewals, unless required by law.
EU Customers
If you are located in the European Union, you acknowledge that by subscribing and accessing the service, you request immediate access to digital content and agree that your right of withdrawal may be waived once the service is accessed, in accordance with EU consumer protection laws.
Payment Processing
All payments and refunds are processed by Paddle.com, our authorized payment processor.
